David Trudgeon

Head of Client Services

After ten years in customer service and sales, David joined the debt recovery and litigation sector dealing with business-to-business and consumer debt.

David has always been passionate about obtaining great outcomes for clients whilst also ensuring that debtors are treated fairly. His extensive experience includes managing large multi-skilled teams of around 75 people. David ensures his direct reports have the skills necessary to do the job to the best of their ability.

His debt recovery expertise includes live accounts, aged debt, litigation, and recoveries. This broad scope of knowledge helps implement positive changes to our systems and processes.

Joining DCB Legal in 2023 as an Operations Manager, David oversees our Litigation Team dealing with multiple instructions from key clients. He also manages performance in the pipeline to our Bulk Litigation Team, developing processes and making reporting improvements to achieve the best possible client outcomes.

Outside of work, busy father David enjoys taking the family on trips and adventures. To relax, he watches football, NFL, and MMA and enjoys going to the cinema.
