DCB Legal is delighted to have been the headline sponsor of this year’s British Credit Awards, hosted by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM).
Held at Royal Lancaster London last Thursday, it was a truly fantastic evening that brought together professionals from across the credit management and collections industry to recognise the people and teams driving progress within the sector.
It was important for us at DCB Legal to support these awards as they reflect the values that sit at the heart of responsible credit management. The British Credit Awards recognise professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to treating customers fairly, and supporting them aligns with our belief in raising standards and promoting ethical practice across the industry.
We would like to congratulate all the winners and finalists recognised on the night. We were also pleased to see our sister company, DCBL, awarded for ‘Excellence in Supporting Vulnerable Customers’. We are especially proud that DCBL secured the top spot among a strong shortlist, all of whom are doing exceptional work to support vulnerable customers.
DCBL continues to invest in its people, processes, and operational practices to ensure customers are treated ethically and supported appropriately, particularly those who may be vulnerable. It was encouraging to see this work recognised by the industry.
