DCB Legal has appointed Eddie Harrison as its new Managing Director to lead the business into a new era of expansion.
Bringing more than 20 years of experience across debt recovery, litigation, and financial services, Eddie will spearhead new growth and innovation at DCB Legal.
Eddie most recently oversaw the build of debt collection processes for Revolut UK, managing the end-to-end journey for retail credit portfolios. He was responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, optimising in-house and outsourced collections with advanced technology and analytics, and delivering best-in-class contact and cure rates.
Prior to that, Eddie held senior roles at Lowell Solicitors, Overdales Legal, and APN Group, where he was instrumental in building in-house law firms from the ground up, within leading debt purchase and recovery firms. His role at Overdales Legal saw him embed technology and automation at the core of the firm, which is one of the largest bulk users of the court system in England and Wales.
He began his career working on doorstep recoveries for BrightHouse, and quickly moved into the office environment, spending almost a decade at Capquest, where he rose through the ranks, helping establish the litigation team, and gaining experience across operations, risk, and business readiness.
DCB Legal, based in Runcorn, Cheshire, is the legal services arm of DCBL, a leading debt resolution specialist. The firm specialises in innovative legal solutions for debt resolution, civil & commercial litigation, and landlord & tenant services.

While DCB Legal already has an established presence in volume litigation, Eddie’s remit is to strengthen the legal offering, introduce efficiencies, and explore new markets.
With a strong track record in operational leadership, Eddie is well-regarded across the industry. He sits on panels including the Enforcement Law Reform Group and Civil Court Users Association (CCUA), and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM). He regularly speaks at industry conferences on best practice, innovation, and the role of technology in debt recovery, and was recently recognised on the Credit Connect 2025 Industry Leaders List.
