In her role as Head of Risk and Compliance, Steph is responsible for ensuring DCBL adheres to all relevant laws and regulations, as well as managing and mitigating risks to the business.

With 8 years of experience in in compliance, which includes 3 years within debt recovery, Steph’s utilises her skills and expertise to ensure DCBL maintains it’s industry leading ethical approach to debt resolution.
