As the Client Services Director for the Direct Group, Rob is responsible for maintaining our best-in-class client services as well as leading the growth of new business and clients.

He brings over 15 years’ experience of litigation, business development and debt resolution and throughout his career, Rob has successfully helped clients navigate complex challenges and implement key initiatives to drive long-term success.

As clients are at the heart of everything we do, Rob is committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships, ensuring that every client’s needs are met with precision and care.

Outside of work Rob enjoys live music and participating in a wide range of sports, including playing golf and supporting local Rugby League.
