In her role as Business Development Manager, her work centres on strengthening and expanding the firm’s landlord and tenant service offering, ensuring clients receive effective, compliant and commercially aligned support. She brings extensive experience across the property, legal and debt‑recovery sectors, having worked within both operational and client‑facing environments.

Her background covers the full lifecycle of landlord and tenant matters, including pre‑action engagement, litigation strategy, enforcement routes and the development of scalable processes that support landlords, agents and property managers in highly regulated settings.

She is passionate about delivering effective solutions that uphold high standards of compliance and customer care, and she particularly enjoys building strong relationships and networking within the industry.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading and photography.
