Katy’s practice in property litigation began in 2006 working in-house at a large unitary local authority and has since expanded to the private sector. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2012 with a Legal 500 ranked firm, Katy has acted on behalf of pension funds, large house-builders and property developers, institutional landlords, property management companies and private individual investors.

Katy is able to advise and act on such matters as possession of residential properties, forfeiture of commercial leases, recovery of arrears of rent, service charges and ground rents, applications to the First-tier Tribunal and advising on leasehold and tenancy matters.

Outside of work, Katy enjoys the theatre and spending time with family.
