Managing Director

In his role as Managing Director of DCB Legal, Ed is responsible for leading the firm’s legal, litigation and recovery strategy, ensuring the delivery of effective, compliant and client-focused legal services across the group. Ed has extensive experience within the debt collection, litigation and enforcement industry, having worked at senior levels across legal and operational environments.

His background spans pre-action and litigation activity, post-judgment enforcement strategies, and the development of scalable legal processes within highly regulated settings.

His experience is being used to drive the continued evolution of DCB Legal’s legal and recovery solutions, with a strong focus on technology, automation and data-led decision making to improve outcomes for clients while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and customer engagement.

Outside of work, Ed enjoys spending time with his family and is actively involved in a number of entrepreneurial and community-based projects in North Yorkshire. Aside from this he loves travelling and exploring new places with his wife and two daughters.
