Due to rapid expansion, DCB Legal Ltd has several exciting full-time roles available to join our Litigation Recovery team. Based in our new offices in Runcorn, we are offering fantastic career and development opportunities for enthusiastic candidates at one of the UK’s top litigation firms.

Your role will consist of managing and progressing a caseload through the litigation process, in line with business and client parameters.

What you will be offered:

• A salary of up to £22,000 per annum

• Office hours, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (36.5 hours per week, early finish Fridays!)

Your day to day:

• Handling inbound correspondence on pre and post litigated files
• Completing support tasks where required
• Reviewing financial statements and agreeing on payments arrangements in line with customer affordability
• Reviewing and collating client and court documentation
• Reviewing the prospects of each case and reaching a conclusion in our client’s best interests
• Risk assessing cases to identify potential issues and flagging these in advance
