This Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor role would suit an individual who is looking to develop their career within Private Litigation by managing and growing a close-knit team of paralegals within this thriving business.

Reporting to the Legal Director, this exciting role offers a highly competitive OTE salary of £60,000 for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor:

• Deliver outstanding legal advice to both commercial and private clients
• Debt recovery
• Civil and Commercial litigation
• Dispute resolution

Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years PQE
• Commercial experience and awareness
• Proactive approach
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work from various stakeholders
• Outstanding communication skills
