Welcome, Lee!

As DCB Legal continues to grow, we’re constantly on the lookout for determined and compliance focussed individuals to join our specialist teams and encourage the growth of the company. This is especially important now, as 2021 saw huge success and numerous large client wins within DCB Legal and pushing this ongoing momentum is crucial to continue to

lead the way in our industry.

We’ve recently appointed a new Director to the Board: we’d like to take this opportunity to welcome Lee Samuels-Camozzi to our senior management team, who will be supporting DCB Legal through his role as Strategy Director.

As Strategy Director, Lee will be driving key strategic initiatives for DCB Legal, as well as supporting the development of long-term growth plans within the Direct Group as a whole. He brings over 20 years of experience at a Senior Management level within the highly regulated Utility and Communications industry to this role, with a wealth of knowledge of compliance-led debt collection processes that will undoubtedly bring significant value to our teams and systems across DCB Legal.

Alongside his beneficial experience and knowledge, Lee has a lot of objectives that he’s looking to achieve within the company. He’s focussing on collaborating with the senior management team to improve, innovate, and ultimately accomplish long-term growth and success for DCB Legal. With his expertise within the debt recovery industry, we’re confident we will continue to experience substantiated success in the near future.

Speaking to Lee, we asked him “why did you decide to join DCB Legal?”, and he said:

Having been a client of the group in the past, I worked closely with DCB Legal’s sister company, DCBL, who is a leading debt collection agency with industry-leading levels of customer engagement and a debt recovery rate which is second to none. DCB Legal is a rapidly growing legal firm and I particularly liked the company values surrounding client retention and satisfaction. It was a no brainer!

Outside of his new role as our Strategy Director, Lee has a 5-year-old son and his own café. He also informs us that he makes the most amazing Ferrero Roche cheesecake – we’re looking forward to trying it for ourselves!
