DCB Legal Technical Director Appointed to BPA Council

DCB Legal Technical Director, Jamie Ashford, was recently featured in Business Cheshire and Law News, following his appointment to the British Parking Association (BPA) council.

This was a result of his ambitions to positively impact the industry, planning to use his experience within the sector to benefit the parking industry further as it continues to evolve.

Jamie recently put himself forward to join the BPA Council, following the vacant position in “Parking on Private Land”. Given his vast experience in private parking and as a lawyer in the industry, it was unsurprising that he would be successful.

Successfully being awarded a seat on the council highlights a significant sense of achievement for both Jamie and the team at DCB Legal, and his position will allow him to spearhead positive change within the industry.

Jamie recently chaired the Women in Parking panel event at ParkEx 2022, Europe’s largest dedicated parking event held at the NEC in Birmingham. The discussion focused on the critical campaign of tackling violence against women and girls, and how the sector can support this.

It is encouraging to see that the dedication Jamie has and will continue to have for the industry is being recognised by multiple press publications.
