Jamie, who is DCB Legal’s Director, has over 10 years of qualified litigation experience that has seen him acting for a variety of clients across different sectors and in a broad range of disputes.

Specialising in disagreements over Ts & Cs, Jamie is excellently placed within DCB Legal whose vast majority of customers face these very issues. Jamie has been fortunate enough to have also worked overseas, which has enabled him to assist some of DCB Legal’s clients facing cross-border issues.

Jamie is one of few with niche experience in Parking Law and is also able to help DCB Legal’s many parking clients who refer volume litigation and from time to time also require technical operational advice. Jamie’s position on the BPA Council of Representatives enables him to stay ahead of the game in terms of understanding the direction the Parking Sector is heading.

Jamie ensures that throughout the business all legal queries brought to his attention are dealt with expeditiously and with the utmost care.

Away from Law, Jamie is well-travelled and enjoys following a range of sports – with an unusual favourite – American Football.
