Legal Quality Assurance

Ian has over 7 years’ experience in the industry, specialising in the Bulk Litigation field.

His knowledge and experience has helped him implement a new training package for new and existing staff and a new IQA framework to monitor the quality of the business and identify any opportunities for improvement.

Ian has worked for DCB Legal for over 2 years, starting out as a pre-litigation Case Manager and progressing to Training and IQA and now, Team leader. He is responsible for ensuring compliance with both organisational and regulatory standards for a bulk litigation team.

Outside of work he enjoys watching sports, especially MotoGP and spending time with family and friends.
