Gemma Bramhall

Chartered Legal Executive

Gemma has 7 years civil litigation experience, with 5 years of those working within the debt recovery industry and has recently qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Gemma started at DCB Legal in 2019, where she was responsible for handling applications to set aside Judgment and/or stay a Writ of Control.

During her time at DCB Legal, Gemma has progressed to a fee earner role within the private litigation team managing her own case load and also assists the Senior Partner with ad hoc matters, including contentious litigation.

Day to day, Gemma assists Clients with small claims and fast track matters, possession claims and enforcement proceedings.

In her spare time, Gemma enjoys spending time with her family, friends and miniature dachshund Daisy.
